NordicTrack C2 SI Exercise Bike Review
There are some good reasons to consider the NordicTrack C2 SI Exercise Bike if you are looking for a high quality upright exercise bike that is not only comfortable but that comes with some great motivational features and even some fun workout options (if "fun" and "workout" are not too much of a contradiction :-) ).
Where this fitness bike really excels is with the motivational features and options and we all know how important motivation is!
First off, the C2 SI has 16 resistance levels, 16 built-in workouts, 2 fitness games, and of course, the iPod/MP3 player jack and build in speakers so you can select your favorite inspirational workout music.
Next, you have the iFit card technology, which allows you to purchase customized workout programs (that control the bikes resistance levels, react to your workout and that have a personal trainer voice to guide you). Note that, unlike the newer iFit Live technology, once you purchase a customized workout program there are no additional costs and you can use it forever.
Finally, you have Gamefit fitness games. Basically this is another workout program but it is designed as a game to add a little fun to your workouts. The harder you workout the easier the game gets.

The Quality Features of the NordicTrack C2 SI Fitness Bike
Getting back to the basics of the bike itself, the NordicTrack C2 SI has a well padded, highly adjustable and comfortable seat (as anyone who has tried NordicTrack upright bikes at Sears can tell you). This bike also has
a built in heart rate monitor, high resolution display, built in speakers with iPod/MP3 player jack, and excellent NordicTrack warranties.
About-Bicycles Review
You really get a lot for your money with this bike. Upright Exercise Bikes are generally a little more affordable than recumbent exercise bikes and Indoor Cycles but you still get a lot of the same features that you get on the more expensive recumbent bikes (all of the electronic console features, the heart rate monitors, the Quiet magnetic ECB brake and good warranties). The C2 SI upright fitness bike then goes on to include quite a few additional features as described above.
I would recommend this fitness bike for the NordicTrack quality and warranties and for the iFit Card technology and many features and options included with this bike.
If you are really into the latest motivational fitness equipment (the electronics and workout programs, etc.) and would like a bike that is otherwise very comparable to the NordicTrack C2 SI, then I would suggest the
NordicTrack GX 2.0 Exercise Bike. One of the biggest differences with these two models is that the C2 SI comes with iFit Card technology where the GX2.0 comes with iFit Live technology.

"Set up was easy enough with one person but two would be better. The seat takes some getting used to. Gave me a sore butt at first but after a few weeks it's fine. Totally silent, great workout. I see they dropped the drink holder :( The power adapter doesn't come with the bike but a set of 4 D cells lasted me about 3 months. Overall We love our NordicTrack"
