Another nice feature that the Schwinn Fan Bikes have is that you can get a better upper body workout by resting your feet on the foot pegs and using your arms only. The air resistance allows for a smooth pedaling and/or arm motion which creates streams of cooling air giving you a comfortable in-home workout.
Exercise bikes, including the Schwinn Airdyne AD2 Fan Bike, provide an excellent low impact, cool aerobic exercise and are more compact, durable and cheaper than other home fitness equipment.

This Dual action Fan Bike lives up to the reputation for Schwinn Airdyne bikes and is much more affordable that the original Airdyne models.
Customer reviews on this product and on it's quality are excellent (Amazon customers currently has this bike rated at  (4.5 of 5 stars from 5 users) and although there are not a large number of reviews at this time (this bike is still very new) the reviews are very consistent (all 4s and 5s).
Air Resistance bikes, including the Schwinn Airdyne AD2, are a little louder than magnetic resistance bikes due to the movement of the air but the sound is more of a soothing white noise (like an electric fan) and not the kind of sound that would bother a lot of people.
This is a high quality dual action fan bike at a very affordable price and backed up by the original Schwinn Airdyne warranty. The 300 lb user capacity is a good indication of how durable this bike is and the telemetry enabled console (for a chest strap heart rate monitor) is an excellent feature.
