The LifeCore Airbike gives you a full body workout by synchronizing arm and leg motion. You can rest your feet on the foot pegs, using the handlebars alone, for an upper body workout or rest your arms and use the pedals alone for a lower body workout. The fan wheel technology exponentially increases the wind resistance the harder you pedal (and work the handlebars).
The air resistance allows for a smooth pedaling and/or arm motion which creates streams of cooling air giving you a more comfortable workout.
