Star Trac® Spinner® NXT 7090 Review
Classic Commercial Spin Bike
Star Trac has been a major player in the Spinning® industry from the beginning. They sell very high end, expensive, commercial grade Spin Bikes (Indoor Cycles). The Star Trac® Spinne®r NXT 7090 is classic example of a Star Trac commercial grade Spin Bike®.
Star Trac® Spin Bikes® and fitness equipment can be purchased online for In-Home use (through Amazon.com and other select resellers) but they are generally priced much higher than other comparable brands.
There are quite a few other residential Spin® Bike models, with the same classic spin bike design as the Star Trac® NXT that are available for much lower prices but there are a few trade offs.
The main features that you usually do not get on the more affordable residential Spin Bike models (with the "classic spin bike" design), that you do get on the Star Trac® NXT, are the 300lb user weight capacity and the aluminum frame.
There are also features on the other more affordable residential Spin® Bike models that you do not get on the Star Trac® NXT, most noteably the electronic console (with heart rate monitor).

Star Trac® Spinner® NXT 7090 Indoor Cycle Features:
The Star Trac® Spinner® NXT 7090 Spin Bike comes with all of the features that you would expect with a Classic Spin Bike such as the tension turn-knob and brake, resistance pad on top of flywheel, the no-slip "W" shaped handlebars, water bottle holders, dual-sided SPD® compatible platform pedals, and micro-adjustable fore and aft seat slider.
The additional features that you get with the Spinner® NXT are the 300lb user weight capacity, the aluminum frame, the ergonomic saddle made of double-density padding and with the anatomical cut-out, and the fender to protect the flywheel from rust.
What you do not get with the Spinner® NXT that is available on other popular Spin® Bikes are the electronic console (with heart rate monitor), the horizontally adjustable handlebars and micro-adjustable seat and handlebars.
About-Bicycles Review:
There is no doubt that the Star Trac® Spinner® NXT 7090 is a high quality Spin Bike and it can be a good choice if you are looking for the classic Spin® Bike design and are willing to pay the higher price for the Star Trac brand.
There are, however, other models that offer additional features not found on the Spinner NXT in approximately the same price range and still more models with most of the same features and options as the Spinner® NXT that are selling at much lower prices.

At the time of this review there were no customer reviews at Amazon but there were 11 reviews at buzzillions.com with an overall rating of  (3.9 of 5 stars) and 1 review at epinions.com with a rating of  (5 of 5 stars).
A few of the specific customer comments, from a trainer for an indoor cycle program that were posted on buzzillions.com and that I found to be very relevant were:
"...Dont like the handlebars. Can't adujust them forward and aft and arrowrace position is not comfy. Dont like the holes for adjusting seat and handlebars as some riders are between holes."
I have pointed out the fully adjustable seat and handlebars on many of the indoor Cycles reviewed on this site.
