Schwinn 230 Recumbent Exercise Bike Review
The Schwinn 230 Recumbent Exercise Bike is a compact, sturdy, quiet and comfortable, stationary bike. I really like the comfortable handlebar position with the integrated heartrate monitors. Although I would not choose an stationary bike on price alone, I have found this bike to be an excellent choice at a great price. 
The 6 preset programs, 16 quiet magnetic ECB resistance levels, transport wheels, that protect your floors and make this exercise bike easy to move and store, and front and lower handlebars for more variety in your exercise positions (with the heart rate grips on lower handlebars) are just a few of the many features that this exercise bike offers.
Exercise bikes, including the Schwinn 230 Exercise Bike provide an excellent low impact, aerobic exercise and are more compact and cheaper than other home fitness equipment. You can watch TV, listen to music and your hands are free (for reading magazines or books, etc.). Recumbent Exercise Bikes are more popular mostly because most people consider them more comfortable.
