You will probably be more comfortable and have a better variety of riding positions on the Precor UBK 815 Upright than you would be on your own outdoor bike (unless maybe your outdoor bike is a recumbent) and you will basically get the same (or better) workout that you would outdoors.

Aside from larger commercial facilities, the Precor UBK 815 is an excellent choice for light commercial environments (physical therapy clinics, small businesses, apartment complexes, fire or police departments, park districts, apartment complexes, etc. ) or even for residential use (for individuals who are looking for the best high end fitness products for then in-home workout rooms and are willing to pay the extra price).
