It is not always real obvious what you get with the High End Indoor Cycles like NordicTrack's new, top of the line GX5.0 Sport Bike but when you look a little closer you will see that you do get quite a few additional features. 
As for the NordicTrack GX5.0 Sport Bike, what you get is a Belt Drive System, 49lb Fly Wheel, 300lb Weight Capacity and Better Warranty (7-Year Frame, 1-Year Parts and Labor).
This is in addition to the Electronic Console (compatible with Polar® wireless heart rate monitors), Fully Adjustable Seat (horizontal and vertical), Pedals with Toe Clips and Straps which you get with the next model down (the GX3.0 Sport Bike).
This bike has everything that you will need for indoor training and serious workouts, including a 49lb fly wheel and electronic console to monitor your progress!

NordicTrack Indoor Cycle Features and Comparisons
The NordicTrack GX5.0 Sport Bike is quite a bit more expensive than the next model down in the NordicTrack Sport Bike line (the GX3.0 Sport Bike) and but less expensive than the popular Livestrong LS9.9IC (which is also very similar to this model).
When you would rather have the lower maintenance and quieter belt drive system, then the NordicTrack GX5.0 Sport Bike is a very good choice.
About-Bicycles Review:
The NordicTrack GX5.0 Sport Bike is an excellent indoor cycle, with all of the options that you need for a serious workout but it is priced a little high compared to other Indoor Cycles with most of the same features.
The GX5.0 is the only NordicTrack Sport Bike that comes with the Belt Drive System rather than a Chain Drive. Although the Belt Drive System is often considered to be better than a Chain Drive, some people do prefer Chain Drive and believe that is has a more realistic road bike feel.
The belt drive, 49lb fly wheel, 300lb weight capacity, and better warranty make the NordicTrack GX5.0 Sport Bike an excellent choice for serious indoor training.
